- 1 bunch radishes
- unsalted butter, room temperature
- sliced baguette or your favorite yummy crusty bread
- sea salt or coarse kosher salt
Chill radishes in ice water for 30 minutes or up to 2 hours. Drain and slice thinly (a mandolin slicer is just right for this chore). Butter your bread generously and sprinkle lightly with salt. Arrange radishes on top and serve.
