Sturdy, compact plants loaded with stunning deep purple fruits. Nearly black skin creates incredible contrast with the bright green flesh. Fruit is set in the crown and on each limb, optimizing yield per plant. Holds purple stage well before ripening to a deep purple-red. 3-4″ fruits. Harvest first peppers promptly to stimulate further fruit production. Peppers can be harvested and eaten at either unripe (green) or ripe (colored) stage. Colored peppers generally require 2 – 4 weeks longer.
